With the heat of the day and the singing of the katydids, it is hard to believe we are already at the end of July and August is just around the corner.
What summer fun have you and your family or friends been up to?
Living in an area filled with lots of natural beauty you might always find something to do outdoors, but sometimes we need just a little extra to add to all the fun. Western North Carolina is a vibrant and creative community and "Festivals" are a great place to experience all it. Everything from Artist displaying their work, delicious food vendors, and music galore that is sure to please everyone style.
I personally love festivals to pick up that extra special gift for birthdays and Christmas.

You can enjoy a FREE concert in Bryson City.
Join us at the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad Depot from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Sit in one of the old church pews on the covered depot deck or bring a lawn chair to enjoy the show.
